Rules for Officers in Aov

I want to make Avators of Valhalla a popular guild, that members are proud and happy to be in.

Theese rules are ment to secure that guild have reqruiting and caring officers.

1. All officers are suppose to aid or help any members
or alliance in game whenewer they have the time
. But officers have the option to say no to help others
if they are buisy or dont have the time
. In any case officers are polite, answers
politely and do not under any surcumstance breach
the rules of conduct that areanet provides.
Breaches of politeness causes immediate demotion, and
in grading causes determination of membership.

2.Officers are to be online atlest once pr 2 days
if officer is overdue he will become demoted.

3.Officers are to see that members that are terminated, or get
kicked also are released of forum access.

4. New officers are given a trial periode of 2 weeks, and
a board of sellected members will determin if candidate
is fit as officer.

5. Officers are to reqruit atleast 2 mebers a week, untill guild is full
after that, recruiting will be done in each termination of membership.

rules sound firm.......

where as any demotion or promotion is involved the leader and current officers are to have a meeting and discuss such matters, whereas a vote from each member of responsibilities..

this mostly applies to the officers that are inactive and out of contact for unknown reasons.. maybe their connection or router is blown...... where as the vote will take place and determine whether her/he are demoted and if the votes apply that he/she still remain an officer a week or 2 should take place again. Therefore determining whether the council members feel its time for she/he is to be demoted.

all who carry such responsibilities should be all considered equal...

my opinion... this how one squad played with in F22 L3 did things every member was equal and had the privilege to vote yes or no for recruitment or removal or any squad related matters that affects the team... but bare in mind it was a small unit and only had 12 members..

The rules have been compromiced now and its not as firm as it looks, although this is our rules.

Our problem is not many ppl are online at once, and thats why two or more officers, including leader must determin if the person is to get warning or be dispatched..

The rules is made to maintain a surtain structure just to try to make guild work optimal, it might sound strict but im sure its not..and yes we do meet up to make decition about promotion, or dispatchment..earlyer we also had guild meetings..but it didnt work out.

For officers to get demoted as this rule contains its either to loong periode off, this periode is usefull to test out new candidates for officer position, or missbehaving..this can result in direct demoting..

As main rules in guild sayes in the beginning, we do take pride in not kicking ppl for no reason, and ppl are good at behaving in this guild.

In this guild i have been forced to kick only one person due to missbehaving in entire guild history, this sayes more about this than anything else..and the guild is from 2005.

But i take your advice seriously, and will consider maybe a poll in forum, for ppl to cast wote on next officers candidates..
